Pipoka Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Pipoka. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Service and eligibility
Nexfood Limited provides Pipoka, a short-form drama discovery, playback and community service. You must meet the minimum age required in your country and have authority to accept these terms. A parent or guardian must approve use where local law requires it.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate sign-in information, protect your device and credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
- Do not abuse, harass, impersonate, defraud, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, manipulate metrics, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service.
- We may remove content, restrict features or suspend an account to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. You may appeal through the contact below.
3. Content and intellectual property
Pipoka and its licensors own the service, software, branding and licensed audiovisual content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to stream available content for private use in supported regions.
You retain rights in comments or other material you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate and distribute it only as needed to operate the service. Some content may be created, translated or enhanced with automated tools and reviewed under our content process.
4. Coins, purchases and subscriptions
- Virtual coins, gifts and entitlements are licensed digital features, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the service and are not a bank account.
- Prices, taxes, renewal periods and trial terms are shown by the applicable store or payment page before purchase. Store purchases are also governed by Apple or Google terms.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the store account. Deleting Pipoka does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in the store subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled under applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. Fraudulent, reversed or refunded purchases may cause related coins or entitlements to be removed.
5. Availability and changes
Content, features, markets and devices may change. We may maintain, update or discontinue parts of the service, but will respect mandatory consumer rights and provide notice where required. Internet and carrier charges are your responsibility.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or that every title remains available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
7. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Pipoka or delete your account at any time. Deletion removes or anonymizes product data as described in the Privacy Policy while legally required financial and safety records may remain. Provisions that by nature survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property and liability terms, continue to apply.
8. Governing terms and changes
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without taking away mandatory rights you have under the law of your residence. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction remain available. Updated terms apply prospectively after notice where required.
